We got in before check-in time, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The layout worked well for our big family: two rooms with three beds, two bathrooms, and we were lucky to have an extra bed in the kitchen area. It’s centrally placed for getting to the beach, but that also means noise from nearby social halls and a restaurant/bar. The pool was dirty, so we couldn’t use it at night. The furniture is a little dated, though the place was clean and had no pets. It’s really just somewhere to sleep. I’d recommend it to a large family looking to spend a few nights in Acapulco without paying too much 👌

The pool needs to be cleaner, and hot water and customer service could be better. Still, it’s an accessible hotel near the main avenue, with air conditioning and a pool. Acceptable value for money if you don’t come with high expectations.

The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean and well-kept. The elderly gentleman working there was especially helpful and friendly. There were no bugs or rodents at all, but staff were scarce and there’s no room service or bathroom amenities. The pool area could use more furniture. My room had a private full bathroom, two double beds, nightstands, a closet, and air conditioning. Another room had a king-size bed, nightstands, closet, and air conditioning. There was also a full bathroom, a hallway near the other room, a living room with a TV and several channels, a kitchenette and bar, plus a refrigerator, everything working. The terrace looks over the pool and the sea, and Puerto La Condesa is one block away. The only problem was a dirty toilet bowl. Otherwise, everything was fine, and it was a lovely vacation.

The pool is out of service, and there’s no air conditioning in the living room.
