We came for a class reunion and had a great time, even though our stay was brief. The service was excellent, and the ocean views, beach, and pools were lovely.

The houses are beautiful and very well maintained, and the service was spectacular. Staying here makes for a dream vacation. Acapulco isn't what it used to be, but if you stick to the houses and beach, you'll have a wonderful time.

The ATP tennis tournament was the most memorable part of my stay. The hotel and grounds were nice, and my suite upgrade as a Fairmont Platinum member, now Le Club, was good but nothing special. Acapulco's location lowers the hotel's appeal for me, since exploring outside the property can feel a bit sketchy. I've stayed at better Fairmonts elsewhere, including Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica. In the end, the stay was so-so.

I was planning a vacation here, but the negative reviews and hotel photos made me reconsider. This beautiful place seems careless and fraudulent, and I think I'd definitely regret staying there.
