It’s a nice place, but I wouldn’t come back. The beds and mattresses seemed old, and there was hair on the sheets and pillows, like they hadn’t been changed. There should be rules for guests. People arriving from Mexico City in the early morning had speakers, were drinking, and let their children run through the halls. Cigarette smoke came into our room, and the noise kept us awake.

For the price, you can find better places. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend it. The beds were in terrible shape and infested with animals, the bathroom smelled of sewage, and there weren’t even towels or soap in the room. The pool water was dirty too. It looked like they weren’t cleaning it every day as they should.

They hardly even return your greeting. The bigger problem for me was the Wi-Fi: I arrived Friday and left Sunday, and it didn’t work a single time.

We were tired from the trip and arrived during peak season, with Acamoto going on, so there were few options and we didn’t look anywhere else. But the room made a bad impression right away: old beds, a bathroom door held shut with a rubber band, and broken air conditioning that left us suffering in the heat.
