A total disappointment. There aren't enough employees, there's no switchboard, and nobody picks up the cell phone at reception. Even getting the pool heater switched on means calling three or four hours ahead. If you want the room cleaned, you have to call from your own cell phone and hope someone answers, or it won't get cleaned. This all seems to be because the owner doesn't want to pay for services or staff. Terrible service!

I had a nice stay. The pool was warm, everything was very clean, and the bedding was cozy and warm. I liked the decor, and there was plenty of wheelchair access. The staff were very attentive. Thank you.

The rooms are excellent and everyone was very friendly. They could use more staff for the restaurant, terrace, and pool.

We liked it enough to extend what was meant to be just one night into two more days. The rooms are roomy, the beds super soft, and the hotel itself is lovely. Staff are attentive and put real effort into making guests leave with a good memory; the cleaners catch even the small details. I saw the negative restaurant reviews, so here's my take: if you're starving, this may not be the place for you. They cook everything fresh, so the wait can depend on what you order. But the food is delicious and generous, unlike places that reheat or defrost meals just to get them out quickly.

Valarie at reception was wonderful. She was kind, helped me by changing my room, and was very helpful throughout. I'd happily stay here again.
