The reception staff were awful, rude and overbearing. The rooms weren't very clean either, and the mattresses were in poor condition.

There’s parking, and the night manager is very friendly. Rooms for three people cost between 250 and 400 pesos, making this the cheapest hotel option I found. Hotels in other areas cost more than 700 pesos.
The hotel looks old, and the carpet was very dirty and clearly needs a lot of upkeep. There’s already mold starting in the bathroom. The bedding was clean, but the pillows were too hard and high for me. They only provide soap, no shampoo. It’s fine for a night if you don’t have another option.
The staff were excellent, and even though the parking lot is small, cars fit without trouble. The place is pleasant and the rooms stay quiet despite being beside the road. There’s hot water, but you need to tell them to turn on the water heater. Internet doesn’t reach every room, so that needs improvement. The rooms and amenities, including the phones and bathrooms, could use renovation.
The service was terrible. You can’t laugh out loud without the manager shushing you and saying that if you’re going to act like that, you’d better leave because guests need to sleep. Some mattresses are soft, while others are so soft they’re painful. The bathrooms are tiny, the TV picture looks awful even with cable, and the single rooms are very small.
