Best Western Premier Monterrey Aeropuerto

A great choice for an overnight stay by the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms have been nicely updated. The shuttle was on time. We had a great experience!

I booked one night at 4 p.m. on 7/10, then my flight was cancelled that evening. I called at 9 p.m., two hours after booking and after the 6 p.m. cancellation cutoff. I regret choosing this hotel. The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. They said I’d booked through an outside site, though I don’t understand how bestwestern.com counts as external to them. The hotel told me to call an 1800 number, and that number sent me back to the hotel. When I explained that, they said to call customer service the next day. On 7/11, customer service said the hotel had to handle refunds or changes. The hotel just kept repeating what was in its book. I asked for a manager, but was told one wouldn’t be available until Monday. I understand policies, but hotels can show some flexibility when unexpected things happen. This will probably be my last stay at a Best Western.

The reception staff were fantastic, and the shuttle got me to the airport in under 10 minutes 👏

The king bed deserves special mention. It was huge, felt new, and was much more comfortable than beds in many hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were clean and practical, and service was provided each day and done well. The airport is a reasonable distance away by a quick taxi ride. A great option if you need a hotel in the area.
