8/10
The room was tidy, with a modern bathroom that worked well, and the airport was only minutes away. I ended up staying because Viva Aerobus made an error, but the front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Even though I checked in late, they kept the restaurant open a bit longer so I could get a meal. If you need to stay in Monterrey, I'd choose this place.

10/10
There was a lot of traffic and construction nearby, which was a pain, but the hotel was clean, comfortable, and handy for the airport. The room could use more USB ports and outlets. Room service was affordable and the beef fajitas were tasty. I asked for extra chips and salsa and a glass of ice, but none of that arrived.

I've been here three times now on business, and the service keeps impressing me. They helped me get statements from an inferior hotel where I'd stayed, and even helped recover my wallet after I left it in a cab. Breakfast is awesome, dinner at the hotel is good, and there are also great restaurants within walking distance. It's a great place.

I had a lot of problems during my visit and didn't enjoy staying here. The place was old and dirty, the food wasn't good, and the parking process was terrible. It's also in a fairly dirty area.

Comfortable, excellent hotel, and they provide a free shuttle to the airport.
