Four Points by Sheraton Monterrey Airport

The staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Whenever I passed the desk, they greeted me by name, and they remembered their guests so well. The establishment was clean, and the rooms and hallways were cold during summer. Excellent stay, and thanks for the hospitality. I'll book here again for future business trips to Mexico.

I'm here on a work trip and my stay at the four points has been excellent so far. Reuben Ponciee deserves a special thank you for making it so enjoyable and going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The front desk team is incredible too. Being near the airport is convenient, though there aren't many restaurants next to the hotel. You can go across the road to rhe hampton, where there are several places to eat and shop.

It's a new hotel with nice rooms, and the staff are very friendly. But street noise comes through the rooms and makes it really hard to sleep well. The sheets also feel very rough. The TV provider was down for two days with no signal at all. I never got my points and nights for the stay either, and had to reclaim them on the Marriott bonvoy site.

The shuttle service is exceptional, and the staff go out of their way to accommodate you. They’re incredibly friendly and make me feel welcome whenever I visit. The rooms are modern, clean, and new. It's a good location if you're working nearby, though there aren't many places within walking distance. Whether that works depends on what you're looking for.
