Ramada Encore by Wyndham Monterrey Apodaca Zona Aeropuerto

When I returned to my room, my food was gone. I don't know whether housekeeping threw it out or took it, but I hadn't given anyone permission to touch my things, and there was no reason to handle the food. It left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. The front desk made the stay worse: staff looked annoyed when I asked questions, brushed off concerns, and seemed more interested in avoiding work than helping. It felt like I was bothering them just by speaking. Having my belongings messed with along with that poor service made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The hotel is away from restaurants and businesses, but Uber Eats or Didi can sort out food. We stayed one night for the first time and loved it. The rooms were clean and smelled nice, the staff were kind, the breakfast buffet was great, and the wall art was lovely. It's easily the best hotel we've stayed at near the airport. The free airport shuttle was a nice plus, and I'd recommend the place. Can't wait to come back for our next vacation.

There's a lot of construction around and not much to do nearby, so the location isn't ideal. It's still fairly convenient for the airport, though you may hit traffic. The hotel itself feels new and clean, and the restaurant is good too.

The roads around here have more holes than Swiss cheese, and with no sidewalks there's nowhere to walk and explore. Inside, the walls are so thin you can hear the neighboring room's conversation at 1 a.m. The rooms are uncomfortable, the roof leaks, and the restaurant food is terrible. I hate this hotel and will never stay here again. It ruined the whole chain for me. If that's the kind of stay you want, book today!
