Coaranda Hotel Boutique

👍😎

I stayed here for one night on September 15th, when holiday prices had been raised a lot. I paid for two rooms. A hotel is meant to give people a place to rest, but when we got back, hotel staff, including, as I understand it, one of the managers and another receptionist, had friends drinking, shouting, and singing in the lobby. It kept us from sleeping, even though that’s what I’d paid for. I went out twice to ask them to please quiet down. The last time was 2:30 am. The drunk manager said there’d be a refund and told me to rest as much as I could, but they never took responsibility and stopped answering my messages. The receptionist the next day said it was the holidays and that this was how things were at the hotel. I told her that if that’s the case, guests should be warned they might not be able to sleep because employees and their friends party drunk in reception. Terrible service, and they didn’t stand by what they promised.

I’ve stayed there more than once, and the service has always been very good. It’s clean and comfortable, and the receptionists are very kind.

We had a great stay at Coaranda Hotel Boutique. The Junior Suite was lovely, comfortable, and decorated in a welcoming way that made it feel special. The price seemed fair for the quality, and the location was good. A nice choice for a relaxing stay.
