We had a perfect time celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday. The place was very clean, and the service was great. The staff were amazing and always on top of things. Thanks to Geovana for taking care of what we needed. We’ll be back and will recommend it to friends and family! 😊

The cleanliness and facilities were terrible, and the entrance felt very unsafe. We booked the day before and paid half the night as a deposit, but no one shared the cancellation policy, and the place looked nothing like the photos when we arrived. When we asked for a 50% refund, the manager was arrogant and kept hanging up on us. The service was awful too. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

The cabin and entrance were filthy and felt unsafe when we arrived, and the photos she sent weren’t accurate. We had reserved with a 50% deposit and politely asked for the money we transferred back. The woman said she wouldn’t return anything if we rented the cabin ourselves, as if she wanted us to do her work 😰😣. Then she angrily hung up. She was extremely rude, and the customer service was terrible. I know this has happened to her several times. NEVER GO, they steal money.
