The city itself wasn't really for me, but the hotel made the stay much more enjoyable. The restaurant on site was a big surprise, serving food all day at really cheap prices for a hotel restaurant. The service was excellent, too. Servers Rosario and Fatima deserve a mention, along with the lovely Arlen at reception.

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, and the hotel is clean, well maintained, and attentive to detail. It has an older, classic look and feel. There are a lot of switches, though, and it can be confusing to figure out which ones turn things on or off. There's a restaurant, parking, and other amenities. It's a good fit for business travelers, but the surrounding area is industrial, so probably not somewhere to stay for sightseeing. Recommended.

The hotel is nice and clean, and it has everything you'd expect from a good hotel, but the service was very poor and they sometimes didn't care about guests' needs. At the end of the year they held parties every day. One day they closed the restaurant because they sent the cooks and waiters to a party. When those parties were on, guests had nowhere to park. I asked where to park and they just said not to worry because the party was almost over, but that one didn't finish until 3 am. The internet was very poor, and they just said not to worry because lots of people were using it and would leave soon.
