The front desk staff were attentive, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay. The location is right in the heart of everything, and we can't wait to come back!

We ate at the restaurant downstairs three times, and each time had a different waiter. They were all fantastic, especially with how attentive and helpful they were. The food was incredible too. The hotel itself is brand new and beautiful, with modern, nicely decorated rooms that are a good size. Service throughout was great. I absolutely recommend it.

We loved sitting on the balcony and watching people around the zocalo. The view was stunning, and our room was spacious and beautiful. The restaurant was under renovation during our stay, so we didn't get to try it. We'd absolutely stay here again.
