The kids were especially excited to see the peacocks, along with the bunny and birds on the property. The grounds are beautiful, and the room was clean and roomy enough for all four of us. The staff made a big difference: the woman at reception, who I can't remember by name but was from New Jersey, was really kind and spoke English, which helped a lot. Sergio was friendly and helpful too, and made the best chilaquiles. They even helped us find a mechanic to fix our car. We liked it so much we'll find a reason to come back.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived, and the estimated wait kept being pushed back. On top of that, the rooms don't have air conditioning, which isn't what I'd expect from a supposed four-star hotel. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is the location, right by the mall. I wouldn't recommend it and won't return.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's usually nice weather, and the place has a calm, quiet, relaxing feel. The staff were very nice, too. I loved the decor, especially all the little details you can spot if you look closely.

The food was phenomenal, and the venue itself is gorgeous. The climate was great, the decorations were beautiful, and there were so many spots for good pictures. The photos can tell the rest.
