The resort was okay, but the toilet never refilled and there was barely any hot water in the shower. I raised it with them, but each time they had an excuse and said they'd deal with it, and nothing changed. I had to use a garbage can to fill the toilet by hand. A horrible experience.

It's a new, safe, clean hotel close to everything, and the price is great. I LOVED IT and plan to stay here every time I come to Bacalar.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean as well. I'd highly recommend it.

The beds were comfortable, and the place was clean when we arrived. It’s a nice hotel with hot water, a pool, and a small parking lot 👍
