We had a New Year's Eve booking confirmed, but it wasn't honored, and we were left scrambling on one of the busiest nights of the year. The lack of professionalism was awful, and they offered us no options. I wouldn't recommend booking here if you want peace of mind while planning a trip.

On arrival for our family New Year's stay, we asked about the reservation, which was under another relative's name. The response was that they had already accommodated someone else. Really poor service.

Being so close to the beach was my favorite part. Foro Boca and the street toward downtown, with its shops and plenty of places to eat, are only steps away too. The place is pet-friendly, with parking and a pool, and the accommodations were comfortable and nice. I loved staying here and would happily come back.

We were left without a place to stay during the New Year's holidays because they chose not to follow the direct payment at the property policy. They don't honor reservations or offer any help to fix THEIR MISTAKE, and the woman managing the lodging had a terrible attitude.

They didn't keep our reservation, and although they said they'd help us find somewhere else, they never did. The service was terrible and completely unprofessional. Book here if you want your vacation ruined.
