I've been coming here for work for 14 years, and most of those stays have been good. The staff are still exceptional, friendly, and attentive, and I believe the problems I've had are outside their control. The food remains very good, from breakfast through dinner, and the renovations over the years have included some positive changes. Lately, though, I haven't been sleeping well. The AC leaves the room humid and never cools it properly, no matter what setting I use. I know it's an older building with central air, which may make things difficult, but this wasn't a problem in the past. The pillows also used to be fantastic. A few years ago they were replaced with much taller polyester ones, and now it's harder to get a good night's rest. My recent visits have all been like this. I'd still recommend the hotel, but keep the AC issue in mind.

The food, service, staff, and room cleanliness were all wonderful. The big problem was the AC, which didn't work at all. We asked twice to have it fixed, and working air conditioning had been advertised with the booking. We're from Alberta, Canada, so the heat was lovely, but sleeping in it was hard when we weren't used to it. I don't know why getting the AC fixed was such an issue, but it was. A wonderful hotel in many ways, just don't count on the air conditioning. We stayed from Mar 7-15, 2025.

It's in a great location, with a mall downstairs and another across the street. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean with good AC, so I think it's worth it. The decor and furniture are dated, though, and the pillows are uncomfortably large.

The breakfast buffet was worth every penny, with all kinds of food and drinks, and the servers were incredible. Angel looked after us and exceeded our expectations. Everyone else on staff was attentive too. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was a special stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and in excellent condition. We look forward to coming back. 10/10.

Ms. Maritza did a wonderful job with room service and made me feel comfortable. Breakfast service was excellent too. My corner room on the first floor faced a wall, so there was no view, but the location is perfect, with a mall in front and another below the hotel. Sadly, Uber can't come to the hotel because it uses a private service, which is a rip-off.
