5 Frogs Hotel Bucerias

We spent nine nights at 5 Frogs and had such a wonderful vacation. The pools were sparkling clean and smelled fresh, the ocean was warm, and the drinks were ice cold. The golf cart made it easy to get around, and we met some new friends along the way. Our room had so many luxuries, and housekeeping was quick, friendly, and efficient. We also had fun discovering Doug’s art and metalwork around the property. Doug and David made sure we had what we needed, Oscar kept the lounge lively, and Efrain was a fantastic bartender and great company. Doug greeted us when we arrived, and Oscar brought our bags up. We stopped in for appetizers and happy hour, and Oscar made the visit. He was cheerful, singing, and quick to help, while also keeping up with drinks, food, and clearing tables. He was great with the customers, and such a pleasure to meet. Any business would be lucky to have someone like him.

We felt like family at 5 Frogs, right in the middle of Bucerias. It’s a tucked-away boutique hotel with rooms and service that were better than we could have imagined. The food and drinks were great, too. Kim, the guest happiness manager, and my new friend oscar, who opened and closed the restaurant and Bar each day, really made our getaway.

I tried a Mojito while out for a walk, and it was refreshing and delicious. Oscar, "J", and Fernanda were all welcoming and answered every question I had. The decor was amazing, and the staff made the place feel inviting. I’ve heard from several people who stayed here and absolutely loved it. I’d recommend it, and I think you’d be well taken care of.
