The main problem during our 12-day stay was the elevators. I only know Tower 2, which has two: one goes to the ninth floor, and the other only to the fourth or fifth. Even when they worked, they were very slow. Both were out for four days, which meant a lot of stairs, especially from a higher floor. The property itself is quite nice, with manicured lawns and walkways. The large pool is beautiful and has loungers, chairs, and tables, though there never seem to be enough seats. There are also palapas with hard loungers on the beach, and the beach is beautiful for long walks in either direction. I can’t understand why there’s no sidewalk across the front from the Front Check-In area to the elevators at Tower 1 and 2. It’s only a couple hundred feet, but without one you have to drag luggage over dirt and gravel.

White sand, beachfront condos for sale or rent, and plenty of pool space stretching all the way to the beach. Having a restaurant on site rounds out the beach living experience.

It’s a great place, but the braided lady is actually a cop. She takes her job way too seriously, and I think she gets a kick out of trying to ruin people’s days.

The beachfront setting, soundproof building, and lovely grounds were highlights, and we could see and hear the ocean. The pools were great too, but unheated and very chilly in winter. Our unit 216 needed some TLC: it had flooded from the adjacent maintenance room before our stay, and it happened again while we were there. It was missing basics like bottled water, hand soap, and small hand towels. I’d stay again, but choose a different unit.
