Líbu Live Bucerías

We spent 10 nights in January and February in penthouse room 414. The building felt secure, clean, and quiet, and we had a comfortable king bed, lots of hot water, and lovely views over the city and toward the ocean. We even watched humpback whales. The beach and plenty of restaurants are a short walk away. There were too many issues for us to consider coming back. The private jacuzzi jets pushed out black gunk and hair, and the plants on the terrace were mostly dead. The ceiling fan and light remote was missing, there were no closet hangers or dish towels, and the bed pillows were poor. Fresh towels cost extra. We often smelled sewer gas in the bathroom, and the common pool water looked cloudy. The terrace needed an umbrella for afternoon shade, and the kitchenette had no blender or toaster. There was also loud construction next door, though that wasn’t Libu’s fault. This might be fine for a night or two, but for a longer stay the shortcomings add up.
