They close at 5pm, and stop accepting people at 4pm, so plan around that. The restaurant has typical food and is clean. You can get cabrito, Chile relleno, pork and chili, salad, and a few other dishes, though there isn’t much to choose from. It’s the best place in town and has been open since 1957.
The breakfast was really abundant, and trying the local machacado is a must. Cabrito is available only from noon onwards. The place feels cozy, its decor suits the building’s style, and the service is great.
The shower was cold, and the bed wasn’t good. The air conditioning didn’t have enough power to cool the room. The food gave me diarrhea.
Great cabrito en salsa in all Bustamante, NL. The service and ambience were good as well.
A very nice restaurant and hotel, great for a short vacation!
