4BD Oceanfront Unit Vista Encantada Cabo

We chose Vista Encantada again because we had such a good experience last year. My wife and I just got home after a week there with another couple who are very close friends, and the stay was outstanding once more. The exceptional service and overall quality are what brought us back. We booked a spacious four-bedroom suite through an Interval International exchange. It was beautifully appointed and worked very well for traveling with friends. There were two small problems: the hot tub wasn't working, and on the second-to-last day a small leak appeared in the bathroom ceiling, apparently connected to A/C access. Elder, our butler, sent maintenance right away, and both problems were fixed quickly with little disruption. Elder made a real difference throughout the week. He sent us the day's resort events each morning, handled requests promptly, and arranged several dinner reservations off-site. He was attentive and professional, and always greeted us with a smile. The grounds were also immaculate. We saw staff working diligently each morning to keep everything pristine, and everyone we met was warm, professional, and welcoming. Miguel, our pool server, was another highlight. Every day he made sure we were comfortable, hydrated, and having a good time, bringing cold water, well-made cocktails, or simply checking in. His attentiveness and personality added a lot to our days. Before we arrived, I had worked with Miguel in reservations, and he knew we were celebrating my wife's birthday. We found a bottle of champagne waiting in our suite when we arrived, a thoughtful touch that showed the resort's attention to detail. The beautiful accommodations, well-kept property, and personalized service make Vista Encantada a place we recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Salma, our concierge, checked in several times a day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and she was incredible. We had a wonderful four-day family vacation at Hacienda Encantada. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pools were warm and well kept, and the food was excellent. There were five of us, and we’d love to come back.

We loved spending time by the pools, taking in the ocean views and spotting whales in the distance. The entertainment crew kept things fun with food and cocktail classes, water aerobics, and volleyball with Adrian, Ariel, and Uriel. The restaurants were all delicious, and the servers were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Adrian at La Trajinera, who surprised my sister and me with graduation desserts on our last night. Daniel at Mestizo for dinner, Kevin at Mestizo for breakfast, Feliciano at El Eden, and Oscar at the phase 1/adults only pool were also great. - Hoth Family

Elder Periban has been our Butler for the past three years, and his help makes trip planning easy. He knows the activities both on and off the property, so our vacation is organized before we even leave home. When we arrive, he confirms our dinner bookings and arranges rides to San Jose Del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas as needed. He texts me each morning at 7:30 with the day’s resort activities, even when it’s his day off. Elder is a consummate professional and our go-to Butler. My wife and I spend five weeks a year at Vista Encantada. We enjoy the spa, gym, rooftop pool, and more than eight great restaurants on the property and in the Cabo golden zone. Bill & Twyla
