We’ve owned here for 40 years and return every year. The grounds and villas are beautiful, and it’s a quiet timeshare with longtime owners in residence. Employees are friendly, and many have worked at Cascadas for years. It’s a good fit for older guests and families with kids, but not for loud groups or anyone after a party scene. If paradise is what you’re looking for, you’ll enjoy it.

After more than 30 years of visits, I still find the staff gracious and accommodating. They’ve helped make some of the most relaxing, beautiful vacations I’ve had anywhere. The distinctive rooms and property are kept in exquisite shape, and feel nothing like the hotels where I stay for work. When stress builds, just picturing this place helps me relax. Love it!

The staff made this place feel like a home away from home. Axel at the front desk was sweet and helpful, Francisco was lovely at the restaurant, Trinidad kept the room and was such a kind woman, and Felix was the best!!! I came as a friend’s guest and had one of my best vacations in ages. The beach restaurant serves some of the best food, and the clubhouse is a fun place to unwind with its pool table, foosball, puzzles, books, chess, and checkers. The gym was consistently clean, as were the walkways. It’s a great spot for a relaxing or fun trip with friends and family.

The architecture is so distinctive, and from this private beach club you get a special view of the iconic arch. It’s right on the beach and has a high quality, full service restaurant. I’d give it five stars. Love, love, love!

We had a perfect four day mini vacation for a friend's 49th birthday, Sept 5-8 2025. Having a full kitchen in our accommodation was great, with the choice to cook or eat at the restaurant on site. I also liked that there was a pool for kids and a separate one for adults.
