The rooftop pool and view were really nice, and I felt very safe. Downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. The rooms felt pretty dated, though the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay, with waffles, a little fruit, and chilaquiles.

The service was condescending, and staff acted as if they didn’t speak English. Breakfast came out cold and slowly. Our room was filthy and didn’t seem to have been sanitized. There were no washcloths, and we had to ask for towels every day. The shower drain was clogged, there was a sewer smell, and on our last night the room filled with diesel exhaust from a water tanker pump. This hotel is disgusting and a disgrace to Choice.

For what it costs, it was a decent stay. The rooms were fine and the rooftop pool was pretty nice. The gym could use some updating.

The service really stood out. May at the front desk went out of her way to help me order delivery from a nearby restaurant, which the hotel had recommended, and the food was great. The lobby and renovated room were clean and nice. Breakfast felt a bit shabby for a three-star hotel. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

The roof has a really beautiful view, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was decent too. The rooms are a little bare, but the guy attending to things was so nice and always helpful. The front desk lady didn't seem to like me and told me to walk to get ice. Another guy gave my dad some for our ice bucket, so I guess it depends on who you get.
