Corazon Cabo, a Noble House Resort

We had my daughter's wedding here, and it was amazing. The location is the best, the hotel was very clean, and the all-inclusive food was very good. The staff were so friendly and the service was great. Benjamin on the beach is the best bartender there, and David at the Atleta restaurant is a very kind man. I'll definitely be back.

The resort was so overcrowded that pool and beach chairs had to be reserved days ahead, and the shared spaces felt packed and stressful. The rooms smelled moldy, had sand everywhere, and weren't clean. Staff support felt limited unless you were spending more, while the constant upselling made the stay exhausting instead of luxurious. Food was a major problem for us as vegetarians. The restaurants mostly had meat options, even at the included breakfast, and repeated requests got us very few alternatives. Breakfast often took 2-3 hours and was interrupted by sales pitches for tours and excursions. The advertised $100 spa credit was misleading too. It applied only to a small selection of extremely expensive services, something we weren't told when booking. We booked Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa through Costco Travel expecting a premium, relaxing stay. At check-in, we were first given a poor roadside room with constant noise. When we complained, staff kept pushing an expensive “premium membership” instead of fixing the problem. After several escalations, we were moved, but the replacement was still very average for what we'd paid. The process felt deceptive. We also saw what seemed like inconsistent check-in treatment: some guests appeared to get better rooms and smoother service, while we got a worse first room and more pressure to upgrade. It left us with an uncomfortable impression of possible bias or racism. One word: avoid unless it's free. We paid a premium price and didn't get a premium experience. I wouldn't return or recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing vacation.

I've been a member since 2019, but service and rules here are inconsistent, and this latest trip was definitely on the poor side. The beach service was good; the pool service was horrible. At arrival, we're given a discount card that has always covered two guests, but this time they wouldn't apply it to the friend traveling with me. I was told to ask for it to be updated for two people. Sophia, who said she's been there 18 years, rudely told me no, it had always been for the member only. I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here without this issue. It's a small thing, but the way Sohia handled it was unacceptable. The maids didn't even leave toilet paper in the bathroom. You'd think they'd want members to have good service, especially with my membership ending soon. Staff don't seem to care much anymore, and if something goes wrong during your stay, they won't make it right. When my contract expires, I'll join another resort because the service is so inconsistent.

It's beautiful inside, with lovely views and a nice layout, and having access to the beach is a huge plus. The hotel is also close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The one downside is the solicitors on the beach, trying to sell tourists everything from headbands and fake jewelry to glass ornaments.
