Everything was clean, comfortable, and organized, and the service was even better than I expected. Daniel and Jaqueline were so professional, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay, and really went out of their way to make everything feel just right. I had an amazing experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

We were on a guys’ fishing trip and wanted somewhere cheap. This place fit the budget, but I didn’t get a decent night’s sleep until the third night of our four-night stay, when some even-numbered rooms opened up and the staff kindly let us move. If you book here and want to sleep, ask for a room away from the nightclubs. The even-numbered rooms seemed to work. The open-air clubs across the street get going around 9 or 10 p.m. and keep going until 2 a.m. or later, according to hotel staff. No one mentioned the noise when we booked or checked in. I travel with earplugs, but they couldn’t block the bass. Only my noise-canceling AirPods with quiet white noise helped at all. When I brought it up with the manager and said guests should be told, she gave me a “too bad” look and had nothing to say. Service was uneven. Some employees were very helpful, but the overall service felt below par. The hotel itself wasn’t anything special, and it seemed to get business travelers.

The rooms are a little small, but they’re simple, clean, and well equipped. Hand soap was missing at first, but they brought some right away when we asked. The hotel is well located and has convenient private parking. A very good stay.

We had two rooms for our last night in Cabo with friends, a Tuesday. They were great until 9 p.m., when karaoke and music from Esteban's started at what sounded like full volume and went on until 2 a.m. The bar is open air, with a big patio out front. A bright spotlight on its side also shone toward the hotel, so we had to use our suitcases to hold the curtains shut and block the light. In the morning, I asked the desk clerk whether they knew about the noise. She said yes. There was a big box of earplugs on the counter, so I said guests should have been offered them at check-in. She just smiled and said nothing. It might be better on the other side of the hotel. We were in rooms 130 and 132.
