Great Location 1BR Studio Wtih Pool Marina View

This was our second visit, and we’ll definitely return. The units are well kept and come with a water dispenser that staff can refill if needed. The city views are great, and the pool has a gorgeous view down the hill. Downtown is only about five minutes away, while the marina and beach take around a 15-minute walk. Since the villas are built on a hill, there can be quite a few steps to reach your unit, but staff will carry up your luggage and groceries.

The staff were friendly and the location is very good, but the amenities were sub-par. The kitchen faucet was nearly detached, the water from it smelled peculiar, and the pool was grimy and unclean. The photos definitely show the best lighting and angles. It’s not a bad place, just okay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and Andrea, the owner, was awesome. As we were heading to the beach, she offered us towels and an umbrella, and we borrowed snorkeling gears from the front desk. Irene at the front desk helped with all our questions and booked tours for us. It’s a perfect place to stay in Cabo if you’re visiting with family and want to be close to the marina.

The villas are spacious, though a bit rusty, and feel more like a big holiday house than a villa. They were clean and generally fine, with good enough wifi and shower temperature and pressure. For what you get, it felt a little pricey. I’d pay 120 for the 2br apartment, but we paid more. The property itself is beautiful, with a cool view of the city, though I personally prefer a nature view. The staff were friendly and professional, and the other guests were a respectful, mature, polite crowd. But if you want serenity, go somewhere else. At 0230am on a Thursday, town’s bass was literally shaking the air, even though we were high up on the property. It was just as bad during the day, with NYC level traffic noise.
