Maia Cabo by Naya Homes

Back for my second stay, and the place is still clean and well maintained. Great management, and it feels mostly safe here in Cabo. 100 out of 100.

I’ve lived at Maia for over a year and have really enjoyed it. The owners and staff have been the best part of living here. They’re kind, attentive, generous, and have taken very good care of me. It’s a beautiful, clean, quiet, and safe place, with excellent location, lovely apartments, parking, and a perfect rooftop pool. I appreciate that smoking isn’t allowed except on the roof. I’d stay forever if I didn’t need two bedrooms. Highly recommend for a long-term stay.

The rooftop terrace is a nice place to get some fresh air, take a dip in the small pool, and quietly spend time with neighbors. The building suits people who work during the day and want quiet evenings and nights. Management responds promptly whenever an issue does come up, though that’s rare. With its central location, it’s easy to get around Cabo. Maia works well for a quick visit or a long stay. The units are brand new, with new furnishings and appliances, and are mostly alike, aside from what seem to be slightly larger corner units. There’s lots of natural light and the design is modern.

From my arrival in September 2021 until I left in June 2022, the owners and team at MAIA went out of their way to accommodate me. I have only great things to say about them, the property, and my experience. The units are furnished well and exceptionally well equipped. The parking has surveillance cameras, and the entrance gate is highly secure. I’ve seen plenty of rental units across Los Cabos, and I can assure you this is the friendliest, most accommodating place to live. If you can get one of their units, stay as long as you can. It’s a 5/5 for me, and if I ever need to relocate in Los Cabos, MAIA will be a top choice.
