We stayed in condo 107A, a clean, well-equipped studio with two balconies overlooking the Cabo Marina. From there we could watch boats come and go and see the sea lions. The owner stayed in touch and was very helpful, and there was a lobby desk for check-in and any issues. The purified water dispenser was useful; when it ran out, the front desk replaced the five-gallon jug. There are plenty of restaurants and a large mall within a ten-minute walk, and the beach is just around the corner. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. Late-night music from boats could be noisy, though it never kept us from sleeping.

The staff were so hospitable, and the location made it easy to get around on foot. The beach is a five-minute walk and downtown is ten minutes away, so we didn't need an Uber during our stay. The secure building has lots of locked doors, though there's no elevator. Our little studio had a balcony, fridge, microwave, and small stove. The room was great, but the shower pressure was poor. Free beach chairs and an umbrella came in handy.

The rooftop pool is great during the day, and the location works perfectly for people who know Cabo. You can walk almost anywhere in ten minutes or less, and nearby Ubers cost about $5. The folks running the building are friendly and quick to get things done. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I almost don't want to leave a review and give this spot away, haha.

We spent a week here in February and loved how close everything was: downtown, the beach, food, and entertainment are all just steps away. Our condo looked out over the marina, and the new pool was a secluded, relaxing escape. It was a little chilly and could have been warmed up a bit. For the price, the quality was excellent, and we'll definitely be back.

After leaving the resort where we'd been staying with friends, my Fiancé and I spent two nights here and liked it way better. We wanted to be in the city, and the location was amazing. I could walk quickly wherever I needed to go, and felt safe the whole time. They take security seriously, with locked gates leading to the rooms. Abel at the front desk was a real gentleman and hugely helpful. I'd highly recommend it for a true Cabo San Lucas experience. Thanks, Abel!
