My girlfriend and I spent a month there some years ago and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was good, management was pleasant, and all the appliances seemed brand new. We'd go back.

The pool was too low for the filter to work properly, and it was so filthy that it wasn't swimmable. The underground parking felt tight and sketchy. There was no security in the lot, just a sign saying to park at your own risk.
