I manage several units at Sabina, and I’m writing from my own experience with its management as well as on behalf of my customers. I’m not an owner there, thank God. Before Sabina’s negative Google reviews were wiped, its rating was around 2.7 or 2.9 stars. I’ve dealt with too many problems to list here. Instead of removing the reviews, the company should take responsibility and make things right. Future buyers should do their due diligence before buying at Sabina or anywhere in Mexico, especially Sabina. It’s unfortunate. In business school, we were taught that a business with many negative reviews is either incompetent or just plain evil. You can decide for yourself which it is.

After years of delays and ongoing changes at the development, many homeowners are still waiting for legal certainty and deeds. There are active legal disputes and concerns about the project. I recommend carefully checking its legal and registration status before buying or investing.
