The Bungalows Hotel

Fresh breakfast each morning, birds singing, good conversation and lovely company made this a beautiful, relaxing stay. The hotel is so peaceful, yet close enough to walk to the center, without hearing the noise from there. The manager was kind and very helpful with restaurant and place recommendations. I loved it here and would pick it over any all-inclusive hotel. I'll book the same place next time for another truly relaxing vacation. Muchas gracias familia Bungalow!

We stayed three nights and would gladly come back. My husband and I were the only ones swimming in the pool. At breakfast we met a really nice couple and chatted every day, and also met a very sweet young family. The coffee was delicious, and there were lots of beautiful birds to watch while we waited for breakfast. We loved it as much as the other reviewers.

Allie was the best hostess, and the staff took such good care of us. The food was great, and I loved the homey feel and family atmosphere. Our rooms were clean, though a bit dark for us. The AC was very loud, and while my friends had good water pressure, ours was poor. I'd love more lighting for groups playing games at night. Still, it's a great place.

After coming to Cabo for decades, I feel lucky to have found this lovely boutique hotel. It's on a hill, away from the bustle, but about a 15 minute walk to the marina. An Uber back costs only $5, which is worth it to skip the uphill walk. Ali, the innkeeper, is wonderful, warm, and kind, and her smile and hugs make you feel it. She and the whole team keep everything immaculate. The property feels like a peaceful oasis, full of greenery and birdsong. For dinner, don't miss Casa Martin across the street. The scenery is phenomenal, the food is just as good, and it's a lively, beautiful place with locals and amazing music. It's a little fancy, with people often celebrating special occasions, so dress up. Reservations are a good idea. There's a convenient OXXO market a block away for snacks and drinks, and the neighborhood has a few small local restaurants. A few blocks down the hill, Joe’s Garden opens at night and serves fantastic pizza at some of the best prices in Cabo. The Natural History Museum is also a few blocks away on the way down to the Marina. Please be considerate of other guests around the pool and take phone calls somewhere private. Quiet time is 10pm to 10am.
