Torre San Angel

My experience was not good. After my first time booking there as a tourist, someone from the property contacted me unexpectedly by text to confirm. When I decided to cancel, I told them. I booked through Expedia, which has never failed me, but The Torres motel still charged my account. I had chosen “pay out the property” and didn’t understand why there was a charge, especially since it was before 6pm. The motel said I was supposed to cancel before early dates in March, but online I had only looked for rooms for 4-01. I tried calling and got no answer, just excuses, and they never returned my call. I was traveling alone, and it felt like a big fraud, with false information and lies. They didn’t want to prevent the full charge. Very bad service.
