A good choice for a vacation or weekend away. You get there on a dirt road, but it’s close to the tourist area.

Some of the photos don’t belong there. The rules are really annoying too, including no pets inside the gated community. If they need to relieve themselves, you have to carry them out while running to avoid fines of over 2,500 MXN.

Since management changed, maintenance has improved a lot and the complex now looks splendid. Los Cabos has become one of my favorite destinations, and this is a great place for a few pleasant days. Apartments are available to rent at affordable prices through Airbnb.

Ubers can drop you right at the door, but there’s no bus route. The area is quiet, clean, and well kept, and the residents are peaceful. There are two pools and a spot for cooking or barbecuing. It sits on the slopes of Cerro de la Z, which is well worth climbing to catch the sunrise or sunset from the top. There’s an Oxxo a few blocks away, then another well-stocked mini-market a few blocks beyond that.

This residential development is excellent, and it’s very close to the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommended!
