We’d love to return to Villa Helena. It’s in historic Pedregal, with wide sunset views of the Pacific from nearly every room. The infinity pool and hot tub are perfectly placed for afternoon sun and sunset gatherings, and the house has walking access to Pedregal’s beautiful private beach. Cabo marina is also easy to get to. The home feels secure and beautiful, almost like new. Rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there’s plenty of storage. The modern bathrooms and showers work well, and the kitchen is both attractive and fully equipped. Sonos sound carries nicely through the main house and pool area. Watching whales from the private balcony, taking beach walks, and enjoying those sunsets were all unmatched.

The house is beautifully designed, with top-notch architecture and lighting and careful details throughout. The infinity pool and immaculate landscaping are hard to miss, but there’s plenty more to admire. Susan, the lovely housekeeper, insists we’re on vacation and takes care of the dishes. It’s a great location, with the beach within walking distance and security at the entrance that made us feel very safe. There’s easy access to deep sea fishing, the market, good restaurants, and nights out. I highly recommend it.

The beautiful views and recent renovations make this villa in Pedregal stunning. We’ve brought family and friends here multiple times, and each visit has been better than the one before. We plan to keep coming for years. The host has contact information for any extra services you could want. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking in the area.

Recently remodeled, Villa Helena feels like a modern masterpiece. You can take in breathtaking ocean views right from the bedroom, the pool, or the hot tub. What a beautiful retreat, highly recommended!
