We brought 30 friends along for our annual birthday trip, and the Whole-tel was an amazing place to base ourselves. Having the whole property to ourselves was great, and our liaison Omar made sure we had what we needed. He showed us around town and made us feel like family. Omar also helped arrange whatever activities we wanted, from swimming with whale sharks and riding horses on the beach to getting a reservation for 26 at a popular local spot that night. Really grateful to him and the Whole-Tel team for such a memorable stay. We had breakfast on site every day, plus a private pool, hot tub, and an immaculate rooftop lounge. The location was convenient too, with an easy walk into town and only a short ride to other destinations.

We had 16 guys for my bachelor party, and this place was exactly what we needed. The gated area had plenty of parking for our rental cars, and getting into town was easy on foot. It also felt extremely safe, with several locked doors between the street and our living space. The way the building is set up gave us our own compound, so we could play music by the pool into the next morning. Adam, the host, helped arrange anything the group wanted during spring break, when reservations are hard to get. For a big group going to Cabo, this would be my pick.

Omar was on top of everything from the minute we arrived, often anticipating what we’d need before we asked. He even brought extra towels while we were swimming. If we needed groceries and liquor for the outdoor kitchen and bar, a quick ride to the ATM, or tickets and a shuttle for an excursion, he took care of it promptly and graciously. He really was the host who did the most. The place worked so well for our group of 30. We happily spent whole days around the pool, hot tub, and rooftop lounge, and breakfast cooked for us each morning was always delicious. The views of the mountains, city, and distant sea were lovely. The room accommodations could still use a little work, but I’d recommend it for a group trip and don’t regret staying with our squad.

OMAR was such a great host, efficient and helpful, always ready with an answer or a solution. He looked out for our safety and made sure we had what we needed for a wonderful trip. The Whole-Tel felt safe, met all our needs, and lived up to every expectation. I couldn’t recommend a better place, and I really hope to come back. Thank you to Omar and the rest of the staff for everything you did for us. Til we meet again!

For our bachelor trip, the Whole-tel gave our group plenty of room to spread out and hang out together. The rooms, pool, hot tub, and shared spaces all worked well for everyone, and the famous restaurants, bars, and nightclubs were just a few minutes away. The service made a big difference. Our host Omar handled whatever came up, from putting extra food in the fridge to arranging a boat trip. It was a relief knowing the details were taken care of, and we were all grateful.
