I went with my family, and the hotel was pretty nice. We mostly just slept there after exploring Campeche, and for that it was pretty good overall. The service was good, too. The shower barely had enough water to really wash, maybe only 4-7 water chours came out. Another family member said workers were yelling outside in the morning and woke them up, though I was knocked out every time we went to sleep. Parking was kind of uncomfortable.

The nights were quiet, the service was excellent, and the price was affordable. It worked for a stay of a few days, though the beds can be uncomfortable. There isn’t much interesting nearby, so you’ll need a ride to get to your destinations.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. It would be a good idea to have a microwave and minibar in each room, or at least at reception.

The view is wonderful, and it’s a nice place to unwind. The people working there are kind, too.

The amenities were really poor, and the service sucks.
