The ADO bus station is about 15 minutes away on foot or five by taxi, and the bus to the Hotel Zone stops across the avenue. There’s a Chedrawi, an OXXO on the corner, and Parque las Palapas a three-minute walk away, so you’ve got plenty nearby if you want to go out. The rooms feel like having your own place. Each has a bathroom, plus a kitchen setup with a stove, small fridge, microwave, A/C, fan, and TV with Netflix. You can easily stay in if you like.

The photos seem a little enhanced, since the place looks quite different in person. Still, it works well if you’re easygoing. I liked how clean it was and the location, about 15 minutes on foot from the ADO station, Parque de las Palapas, Markets 28 and 23, and other main attractions nearby. WiFi worked well. The room had a microwave, A/C, fan, and basic dishes for a quick meal. Staff were always helpful and friendly, and they let me leave my luggage until the afternoon after checkout.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with everything needed for an easy stay. Adiolfo, the owner, was so kind and made me feel welcome from the start. The staff were friendly, efficient, and ready to help with questions or requests. It’s near the main tourist spots and public transport is easy to reach. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip.
