There's free parking on the property or on the street, and the area felt very secure. The house was spotless and nicely decorated, and the girls who run it were really friendly. Marcela was the person we spoke with most, and she was attentive and caring. They also serve free breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM!

I'm not usually one to leave a negative review, but I don't want someone else to go through what we did. We were met at the main property, then taken across the road to a two story house. The WiFi was pretty good, but the room had stained sheets, ants? no, do not invent. Actually only sheet stains. Toilet didn't flush, shower didn't work, the bedroom door wouldn't lock, and the air conditioning control was broken. People were screaming in the hallways at 3 AM. Avoid this place until they make improvements.

The staff were nice, and the location is very close to the Immigration office. The place was clean but basic, the breakfast was disappointing, and the bathroom sink didn't work properly. I probably won't stay again, since I prefer nicer accommodation.

Communication was good, but the room was a huge disappointment. There were ants in the bed, puke on the pillowcase, no hot water, and a bad smell throughout. Things were broken too, as shown in the pictures. I really wouldn't recommend sleeping there.

The owner speaks English really well and was a great travel adviser. His tips about the Yucanda peninsula made my trip much easier. The room was very clean.
