The service was quick and helpful, and bus and colectivo stops are close enough, so the location was fine. We stayed in the ground-floor Casa tropical room, and I was disgusted by the plastic bedsheets and the thought of showering there. The bathroom towels were old and stained. Internet didn’t work from the bed because the router is right by the entrance. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and we didn’t sleep well. You can see marks on the walls from mosquitoes that were killed before. :/

We had a great two-night stay in the Flamingo room. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I loved the big wardrobe. It had air conditioning and a nice TV with YouTube, which came in handy. The location was good, with a Wal-Mart down the road. Definitely try the street food vendor near Wal-Mart for tacos! I’d recommend this place.

The soap in the shared bathroom smelled so nice, and the room was spacious and clean. Everyone working there was really friendly, too. It’s near Walmart and plenty of good restaurants, which made it just right for my one night in Cancun. I loved the stay.

Really good WiFi, and the room was roomy, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The house is in a quiet spot, but still an easy walk to the city center. Great place to stay, I’d recommend it.

I reached out to the owner using the number I received when I booked because there was a small issue I wanted sorted out. I called and sent messages, but never heard back. Being ignored like that left me with very little confidence in the service.
