Condominios Tres Soles

We were only there for two nights, and I was glad it wasn’t longer. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures, had little natural light and faced a parking lot. Wi-Fi was poor, the shower was the worst I’ve had, with barely any pressure and fixed overhead, and the kitchen had very few supplies. For the price, it’s not a bad place, but the photos make it look like a gem when it isn’t, and there’s plenty to improve. There were some good points: check-in was easy, the apartment was sparkling clean, and the reception service was great and English-speaking. The bed and sofa were comfortable, the TV’s Netflix worked well, and there was an elevator and parking. They also let us leave our bags in a safe separate room by reception on checkout day, which was really nice.

Everything was spotless and lovely when we arrived, and the hotel felt like great value. It had Wi-Fi, a TV, a full kitchen and a pool, though the jacuzzi wasn’t hot. The shower’s hot water didn’t stay on reliably, but it wasn’t enough of a problem for us to ask for help during our two-night stay. The front desk doesn’t always have someone who speaks English, but the staff member we met was friendly and helpful despite the communication barrier. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

A calm, cozy rental with large bedrooms, each with a bathroom and shower, plus a balcony looking onto the garden. The garden has a pool and jacuzzi, and there’s a gym and tennis on the fifth floor. The staff were kind and helpful, and the downtown location is handy, close to Plasa las Americas. Pets are welcome. The downsides are that there’s no washing machine or oven.

It feels like home from the moment you walk in to check in. The apartments are very clean, and the service is excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Patricio, thanks for your service, it was a pleasure staying at Tres soles. Thanks to the whole staff too, especially Armando.
