The rooms were clean and nice, but there was no reception and no kitchen equipment.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. There's no reception, and security is very poor. The hotel stole our belongings, and when we tried to file a police report, they came up with excuses. The manager, Enrique, made the process so difficult that we ultimately got no compensation for what the hotel took.

⚠️ Serious security problems. Guests have been robbed, and there are major concerns about the hotel's security. The surveillance cameras seem to be malfunctioning, and the hotel refuses to take responsibility for the incidents. The situation is very concerning, so I strongly discourage booking here.

It's in an excellent location, clean, and very close to Puerto Cancun, where I needed to go for work. There are lots of restaurants near the suites.
