The host and building manager were friendly and helpful, but the stay itself was bad. Our apartment felt old, sticky, uncomfortable, and poorly cleaned. It’s also quite far from the city. I’d recommend booking somewhere else.

Just a terrible experience.

The urban setting at Dreams Lagoon Luxury Suites on Avenida La Rioja has a striking Caribbean beach feel. The lagoon-style pool is the standout, with an impressive scale and design. We work in visual consulting and immersive technology at LUM360, so we had to document the space. We’re sharing 360° images to show the lagoon’s size. It’s a project worth exploring in Cancún.

The pools and lagoon really steal the show. The entrance process was very smooth, and the condominium is clean and well maintained, though it isn’t that new. They could replace the lounge chairs and maintain the playgrounds.

The lagoon is easily the best part, letting you enjoy the sun and water without leaving the condominium. It’s a beautiful, comfortable, clean place, well located and equipped with what you need for a pleasant stay. Excellent place!
