The pool and sunbathing area were gorgeous, and there’s a restaurant and bar on site. Our room was very basic, with just a couple of outlets and no appliances, though it did have a TV. The A/C wasn’t working right. Staff tried to fix it, and even though we said it was okay, someone brought us a fan at midnight.

I come back to this hotel whenever I can. The hospitality is wonderful, and Chavely at reception made arrival easy and the stay very pleasant. The sushi restaurant is a highlight, with food that’s truly spectacular. The decor throughout the facilities is lovely and makes it easy to relax and enjoy yourself.

I had a great time here. The staff were supportive, the rooms were nice, the food was good, and the location worked perfectly for sightseeing around the city center, with the central bus stop right next door. Whenever I asked for help, I got it right away. Thanks to everyone working here every day for making it such a great place. Visit on IG: roomtours_worldwide for more.

The location and service were lovely, and I liked the pool. The food and extra services were nice too. The room could use improvement, especially the bathroom.

Our 60's+ group meets here to play board games. The menu is quite limited, though the food is authentic Mexican, and the service is attentive. There’s also a bar with beer, wine, and cocktails.
