I stayed four nights in a clean room with a private, clean bathroom. The water pressure was good and the hot water was hot. The AC worked great, and the ceiling fan was loud enough to cover most noise. The location is excellent, close to Mercado 28 and Parque de las palaces, another night market. Hostels are noisy by nature, and I’m used to sleeping with earplugs from regular stays in them. This one was quieter than most, though not quiet. Ray, Luis, and Señora were very nice and accommodating.

We needed somewhere near the ADO bus terminal for the night before our flight after our Selina Hostel reservation fell through. This place worked out really well. The rooms were spotless, the water pressure was great, and the staff were so friendly. The kitchen, pool, lounge, and TV room all felt welcoming and were nicely decorated. I can't recommend it enough.

Khali Hostel was a calm, comfortable stop for one night. The bed was great, there were plenty of places to sit, and the pool was lovely. It’s close to the ADO bus terminal and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and cafes. There was also plenty of privacy. I’d stay again if I pass through Cancun.

The Wi-Fi in the bedroom barely worked, and hot water only came on sometimes. The private bathroom also wasn't cleaned daily, and they didn't replace the sheets or towels or take out the rubbish. It has a hostel atmosphere, so don't expect a quiet place to sleep or rest.
