Mura Hotel Boutique

Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the shared spaces, and the hotel felt comfortable and relaxing. The staff were especially attentive and friendly, making sure guests felt welcome and cared for. That hospitality made the stay even better. I'd happily recommend this place and will definitely return.

I chose Hotel Mura for one night before an early flight to Cancun the next morning. It was good value and close to the airport, so staying there made sense. The hotel is central, with a restaurant, bar, and cafe in the shopping complex. It's on a very busy street, so you might hear traffic if you're sensitive to noise. I'm used to it, coming from New York.

We stayed one night on the sixth floor, in a high-end boutique-style room with a huge living area, a kitchen, and a super comfortable king bed with brand new linens. The views across bustling Cancun were stunning. The restaurant connected to the hotel served an excellent breakfast, including some of the best coffee, and gave us a great start to our Yucatán adventure. It's about 30 minutes from the airport, in a lively downtown area with popular restaurants within walking distance. We liked being away from the Hotel Zone and getting a more authentic Cancũn experience. The staff were professional and friendly. Wishing the team success in the new year with this beautiful hotel.

The rooms are quite good and mostly clean, especially for such a cheap hotel. But the walls are thin enough that you can hear people walking in the corridor. It's not too far from the airport, and they offer a taxi for 600 Pesos. Some staff don't speak English, which made check-in harder to understand. Finding the parking entrance is tricky too, since there are no signs and it's tucked into a small back alley.
