For the price, Suites Puerto Cancún is a great choice. It has a calm, pleasant atmosphere, feels friendly and professional, and is close to both downtown and the hotel zone. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were so friendly, and I really liked the design of this lovely hotel. It also feels very private, and the location is excellent. We’ll definitely come back!

The service and facilities were awful. The bedspreads looked like they hadn’t been changed, and the place was nothing like the photos. Those pictures are clearly old.
