Oh! Oasis Urban Hotel

There was a good range of services, free parking, and two medium-sized pools. Everything was clean and organized, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and had lots of choices. The food was okay, better than much of the Costa Rican food where I live, though not as good as other Mexican options. I look for extra charges when booking, and didn't like that they weren't disclosed until after I'd booked. Knowing about those fees, I would have stayed somewhere else.

The staff were lovely, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the basics were provided. The place felt relaxed and welcoming, and the breakfast, drinks, and coffee were all good. For what we paid, it was very good value, and we'd happily return. We chose it for access to the Hotel Zone without paying to stay there. Uber rides in Cancun were inexpensive, and a trip to the nightlife area cost about 10 USD. We stayed one night and didn't use the beautiful pool because it was cold and the water felt freezing. We'd read about a possible pool fee, but we were allowed in at no cost, either because it was part of our rate or because we weren't charged. It wasn't clearly explained, but it worked out fine. Our room could use a little basic maintenance, nothing major.

We spent three nights here on our first Cancun trip, hoping to explore downtown. The location worked well for getting to the airport and main markets, and there are two convenience stores just across the street. The property was clean and well managed, with nice pools and an excellent complimentary breakfast. All the servers were so kind. A big thanks to Mario for helping us with everything, he's the guy to ask for if you're staying here. The elevators are old and very slow. A microwave in the room, or at least in the lobby, would help with warming food or baby milk, and a mini fridge would be useful for storing food. For this price, I'd definitely recommend the place.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with lots of fresh options and everything you'd want in the morning. The pool area was amazing for the price, too. The lobby has a beautiful feel, and the rooms were comfortable and very nice. A mini fridge or microwave in the room would make things easier. It was my first visit to Mexico, and the staff made it simple: they were friendly and accommodating, and everyone communicated well in English. The location was convenient, with nearby areas within walking distance and buses to the hotel zone. I've seen negative reviews online, but my own experience was straightforward and very positive. It's hard to find this kind of value, and I would definitely recommend it.
