Sina Suites Cancún - Adults Only

The marina-view rooms are well worth it and added a lot to the stay. Sina Suites Cancun was quiet, relaxing, and affordable, with a great overall feel. We found getting around easy too, since Uber rides to beaches, restaurants, and activities were cheap. The food was surprisingly good, prices were reasonable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Ramiro gave us especially great service and made the experience even better. I’d highly recommend it for a Cancun stay without spending a fortune.

We loved staying at Sina suites and will come back. The restaurant food was genuinely tasty, and there are several stores nearby. The hotel is on a side street off the hotel zone, so it was away from the main traffic and noise. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the R1-R2 bus stations. The rooms are older but well maintained. We mentioned it was a birthday, and the front desk surprised us with balloons and a birthday sign in the room when we checked in. Our front desk person was called (lupta?), had brownish hair, and was super nice. We loved her!

The rooms and property were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the rooms. We appreciated being off the busy strip. WiFi failed on our phones about half the time and never worked on the TV. Since there’s no cable, the TV was useless. Staff said the hotel was full and that caused the problem. They have other WiFi networks, but wouldn’t let guests use them.

My fiancée and I stayed six days to get away from busy life, and the staff were helpful the whole time. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel restaurant and bar were actually quite nice. In my suite there was only one AC unit, so sometimes the room felt stuffy when we got back. Once we turned it on and gave it 10-20 minutes, the room was ice cold again. For the price, it was a great stay. I’d recommend it if you want a calm, relaxing Caribbean escape close to the beach.
