It's hard to believe this kind of convenience still exists. The room somehow feels larger thanks to its layout, and it's spotless. You get the things you'd expect, plus water, a fridge, microwave, utensils, a work area, and an iron. The amenities make it feel like good value for the price. The manager was so accommodating and was happy to have a lovely conversation.

I've stayed here twice, one night each time, before and after traveling around the rest of the Yucatan. It's on a pleasant, tree-lined street with restaurants, parallel to the main Avenida Tulum. The rooms are spotless and, most importantly, very quiet. It's also close enough to walk to the Ado terminal for buses to the airport or nearby cities. I'd love management to put a water dispenser on each floor, outside the rooms, so guests don't have to use so many plastic bottles. This is a great spot in downtown Cancun, and I'll definitely return.

They renovated recently, and the place is even nicer than it was last year. For a clean, affordable, and very safe room for a night or a few days, this is my pick in Cancun Centro. It's in a great spot for whatever you're planning nearby. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat if you're staying outside the resort hotel strip.

For the price, the room was very clean, and the customer service was nice. I'd book again when I'm downtown.
